Short answer
Start on Duelist for Uphill Battle, keep a different manual save each in-game day, and preserve a save before the final quest. This plan follows the published PS5 roadmap; it is not an independently tested platinum route.
Three checkpoints for your run
- Before starting: select Duelist.The difficulty trophy requires the qualifying ending on that preset from the start.
- During the story: rotate manual saves.The game offers 54 manual slots. Rescue the family within 30 days for In the Nick of Time.
- Before the final quest: keep a separate save.There is no post-story free roam or mission replay. Reload this save for remaining endings and cleanup.
Early missable: Selfish
Before Infamy 9, visit Svartrau’s market during daytime. The map calls the seller a Food Vendor; the interaction identifies her as a Fishmonger. Buy a Dried Fish and sell it back.
Choose the help that matches your objective
Stuck before the open world? Read the medicine and gate walkthrough. For later quest progression, use the main walkthrough. For route-specific ending choices, consult the ending reference and its stated verification limits.

Can I change difficulty immediately?
For the Duelist trophy, keep that preset through the required ending. Check the roadmap before lowering it.
Can I clean up after the ending?
Keep and reload a pre-final-quest save. The roadmap reports no post-story free roam or mission replay.
